Wander Guard Alarm is a system for egress control in assisted living facilities. It consists of a Main Unit, Central Notification Unit (optional) and RF Tags.

The Main Unit monitors the presence of an RF tag and if the tag appears near the Main Unit, it arms the door and activates an audio alarm if the patient exits the facility without proper permission.
