The wheelchair is designed for those who weigh less than 25 stone (160kg). The wheelchair can fold down to a remarkable size that makes it easier for it to be lifted into and out of the boot.

This powerchair is compatible with Invacare’s Modulite seating systems, which offer support for the spine and comfort for the user. Twin batteries are available for a total of 27 miles.





A06L

Based on the bestselling A06 Freedom Chair, this model is heavy-duty and designed to be able to accommodate people of up to 25 stones/160kgs. The powerchair comes with two 300 watt motors which can push you forward at speeds of up to 4mph and have a the ability to travel 9 miles on a single battery (a second battery is also available).

It's lightweight, foldable and compact when not in use so it is easy to transport and to store. This makes it ideal for those who have to travel with their chair via car, plane or cruise ship, as it easily fits into the cabin. It also comes with airline-approved lithium-ion battery as well as an adapter for charging off-board.

The user controls the powerchair via an electronic joystick that can be mounted to either armrest, and is able to be used by either left-handed or right-handed users. The foot plate can be raised to allow easy user transfer and the tyres have 12" all-terrain PU so it can tackle more challenging terrain.

There's plenty of space for personal items to be stored in the handy under-seat pouch and the fixed zippered pockets on the back of the seat. For added user safety, there are electromagnetic brakes and an adjustable lap belt.

The Freedom A06L is smaller and easy to maneuver than a mobility scooter which is why it can fit into tight spaces such as elevators or shopping centers. It is able to climb up to 8%. A kerb-climber can be an optional feature that lets you drive over the ramp or step with no assistance. The tyres made of PU are larger, making this model ideal for rough terrains. The control system uses electromagnetic braking to make it very easy to stop and slow down.

In addition to being a sturdy chair this model is also very simple to fold and use. It is perfect for those who frequently travel with their electric wheelchair, as it can be folded down to the smallest size and then wheeled using the backrest as a handle. The anti-tip wheels make it much easier to maneuver and the chair can be easily tucked away into the boot or hold of a vehicle.

When travel electric wheelchair is open, the powerchair is large enough to hold a maximum weight of 25 stone. It has a seat that is 17" wide and 17" deep for comfort and stability. The storage compartment in the under seat is perfect to store all your personal items. The controls can be adjusted to suit either left- or right-handed users. There is also a manual brake in case of emergencies, and a seatbelt to ensure your safety.
